Purpose: To provide quality care to children and adults while promoting learning, choice, and independence for each individual.
Center Hours: The Children's Center - OU is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. We offer a summer program as well as an extended Day/After School program at the OU Community Center, which is open every day except on the following days:
We also reserve
the right to be closed on days other than those listed above with notification
to parents/gaurdians.
Admissions
and Registration:
OU Waiver Services is open to all children and adults regardless of race, creed
or color. Tours of The OU Waiver Services can be scheduled by calling the Waiver Services number. 712-277-8295
Before a
client may enter the OU Waiver Program program, the following forms will need to be completed:

The OU Waiver Services Family Support Services also has a cooperative payment arrangement with Iowa Department of Human Services, Western Iowa Technical College and Promise Jobs for the families that qualify for these services.
